Tessa is a Principal at McMillan Vantage Policy Group. Prior to completing her Masters of Political Management degree, Tessa worked as a lawyer in Vancouver. She has political experience on and off Parliament Hill, having worked both for a Liberal MP and on various campaigns, including electoral and leadership ones. Tessa also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia.
