On behalf of the Advisory Committee on the President and Vice-Chancellor Search, I would like to thank all members of the Carleton community for their valuable input during the consultation phase of the search process through surveys, individual and group meetings. The search firm received several hundred responses from faculty, staff, alumni, community members, and government partners.
Your feedback has helped to identify the key skills, experiences, qualities, and characteristics desired for our next President and Vice-Chancellor as well as the opportunities and challenges ahead for the university.
A position profile and job advertisement have been finalised, and Boyden will be embarking on a comprehensive search to seek candidates over the coming months with the goal of attracting and encouraging the best calibre of candidates to apply.
