Also, please note:
- Due to high demand and resource limitations, we require a minimum of 15 business days’ lead time for booking events. Depending on complexity, more time may be required.
- Events booked with fewer than 10 business days’ notice will be charged overtime labour rates (after hours/weekend). This includes significant last minute changes to event requirements within this timeframe.
- Events booked with fewer than five days’ notice will also be charged a late booking fee of $275.
- Overtime rates will be charged on technician hours that exceeds seven hours in one day.
- A technician is required at all times for the duration of your event.
