Book Production Services for your Event

Please Note:
Due to high demand and resource limitations, we require a minimum of 14 days’ lead time for booking events. Depending on complexity, more time may be required.  Please refer to the Important Notes section here for more information about our services.

Events booked with less than 10 business days’ notice will be charged premium labour rates (after hours/weekend). This includes significant last minute changes to event requirements within this timeframe. 

Events booked with less than 5 days notice will also be charged a late booking fee of $275.

Please also note that premium rates will be charged on technician hours that exceeds seven (7) hours in one day.
