My name is Tiernee, but you can also call me Tier!
I am entering my third year of study in the Forensic Psychology Specialist Program at the University of Toronto. I’ve always been fascinated with human behaviour, the brain, and the justice system, and I’m more than happy to chat about it!
In my free time, I enjoy scrapbooking, thrifting, making crafts, and spending time outside in the sun. I love all things music and have almost 1,900 hours logged on my headphones! I’ve also recently picked up the ukulele after a four-year hiatus.
I love iced coffee and matcha, and my favourite animal is the Atlantic Puffin!
This is my first year as a Program Assistant, and I’m thrilled to be joining the Shad Carleton team.
I attended Shad at the McGill campus in 2022. As a first-generation university student, I once viewed the idea of a post-secondary STEM program daunting and out of reach.
Shad gave me the courage to pursue my dreams, and I hope your experience will be just as transformational.
