Patch Committee
This year, our team will be working together to create a Shad Carleton team “patch” to decorate the Shad 2021 national sweater. This committee will take on the responsibility to meet consistently throughout the program to design a unique, fun and personal Shad Carleton 2021 patch that resonates with and represents the Shad Carleton 2021 group. If you are creative, interested in design and have a passion for art – this is the committee for you!
Month Book Committee
This year, our team will be working together to highlight the activities, events and team milestones throughout the month of July to create Shad Carleton’s “Month Book”. This committee will work together to design an engaging and creative monthly summary that will be distributed to our entire team at the end of the program so we have something wonderful to remember our experiences and connections by. If you love to scrapbook, blog or love to dabble in graphic design projects, this committee is for you!
Coffee House Committee
This year, Shad Carleton will be planning and hosting a Coffee House to showcase our team’s talents, passions and interests! This committee will take on the planning and execution of the entire event from start to finish. We are hoping that this event will allow our team to not only get to know each other more, but to have fun and make life-long memories.We want you to get creative and to encourage your fellow Shads to come together to connect and show the team who we are beyond the screen and program. If you love to plan events and bring people together, then this is the committee for you!
Shad Olympics Committee
Get ready… This year Shad Carleton will be participating in Shad Olympics! Each Shad Carleton House Group will be rotating through various challenges, activities and virtual stations to gain as many points as possible for their group. At the end of the grand event, we will come together and share in our team’s successes! If you want to be a part of the committee to plan and execute this once in a lifetime event, then this committee is for you!
Social Media Committee
This year, we want the Shads to take the reins on our program social media! Alongside the Program Experience Manager, this committee will take on the great challenge of creating and curating content for our program’s Instagram account. If you are a budding influencer and are passionate about communicating throughout content on social media, then this is the committee for you.
