Welcome to Shad Carleton! We are delighted that you will be joining us for what we expect will be an amazing July!
Shad is a truly wonderful and memorable experience and we can’t wait to meet you and welcome you to our Shad Carleton community.
Our virtual program is fast-paced, intense and fun, and includes lectures, workshops and guest speakers drawn from across campus and beyond. A major focus is our design project where you will work with your team on a real-world design challenge. Don’t worry, we also make time for non-academic fun too, including virtual field trips, daily physical activities to get you up and moving, regular coffee houses and a cultural night.
Community is central to the Shad Carleton program. For the month of July you will be a part of a close-knit community composed of other Shad students and the Shad staff and faculty. We look forward to working with you to create and nurture that community and share the spirit of Shad together this summer.
