Patti Harper is the Head of Archives and Research Collections at the Library. Patti has a Masters in Public History from Carleton and is currently working on a Masters in Library and Information Studies at the University of Ottawa. Her research interests include postage stamps as historical evidence, the Bluenose as a Canadian icon, and archival access and preservation of records documenting the Rideau Canal.
