In as little as one hour online, LivingWorks Start teaches trainees to recognize when someone is thinking about suicide and connect them to help and support. LivingWorks Start teaches valuable skills and requires no formal training or prior experience in suicide prevention. To learn more, view the complete LivingWorks Start overview.
The Office of the Vice-President (Students and Enrolment) has purchased licenses to the online LivingWorks Start training, which we offer for free to Carleton faculty and staff. Licenses will be given on a first come, first served basis. Please e-mail StudentSupportCertificate@Carleton.ca to receive a license.
