A number of steps have been taken or are being developed to mitigate congestion caused by the train shutdown and construction projects around the city. This includes:
1) The City of Ottawa will extend Raven Road to Bronson Avenue to assist the movement of bus traffic. Construction will begin in April and is expected to be completed by fall 2020.
2)The completion of Stadium Way connecting Bronson Avenue and University Drive through Parking Lot 5 (P5) near MNP Park has provided an additional exit for the university community
