What’s New for Winter 2024

• IMPORTANT: New Senate Policy on Academic Consideration for Medical or Other Extenuating Circumstances – please read and incorporate into your course outlines.
• Information regarding the use of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) has been added to the Academic Integrity and Academic Offences section, the Course Outlines section, and the course outline template.
• Updated course outline template is available.
• Course outlines should be posted by January 1, 2024.

Important Reminders

• If you plan to use e-proctoring for online exams, you must indicate this on your course outline.
• Due dates for coursework should not fall during the Fall and Winter breaks (including contiguous weekends).
