Key Dates for Winter 2025
- January 6, 2025: Winter term classes begin
- February 17-21, 2025: Winter break – no classes
- March 15, 2025: Last day for academic withdrawal from Winter term courses
- April 8, 2025: Winter term ends
Key Dates for Fall 2024
- September 4, 2024: Fall term classes begin
- October 21-25, 2024: Fall break – no classes
- November 15, 2024: Last day for academic withdrawal from Fall term courses
- December 6, 2024: Fall term ends

Important Reminders
- If you plan to use e-proctoring for online exams, you must indicate this on your course outline. For more information on e-proctoring, including fees, please consult the SES e-proctoring webpage.
- If you plan to use Scheduling and Exam Services that have fees or incur a charge, you must obtain approval from the chair/director of your unit.
