Originally from Mozambique, David M. Matsinhe holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Alberta, an MA in Sociology from the University of Calgary, and an MTh in Social Ethics from the University of South Africa. He is an Adjunct at Carleton’s IAS. His book, Apartheid Vertigo, which addresses the rise of discrimination and violence against African migrants in South Africa, will be released by Ashgate this November.
