Bill Skidmore is presently the academic supervisor in the Combined Honours B.A. in Human Rights program, Bill has been teaching at Carleton since 1994. Amongst a vast array of human rights issues, he’s particularly interested in torture and other forms of political repression, as well as the impact of warfare on human rights. As an educator, Bill places great importance on assisting students to think both critically and empathically, and in supporting their efforts as human rights activists.
