Katherine Graham

Katherine Graham works in the area of local and regional government with a particular focus on decentralization, devolution and the relationship between central and sub-state governments. For seven years, she served as Senior Local Governance Advisor to the District Capacity-building Project (DISCAP) in Northern Ghana. Professor Graham also is a leading scholar on Indigenous policy and therefore has an interest in the relationships between traditional authorities and public governments.
