Margaret Denike

Margaret Denike is an Associate Professor of Human Rights, and the Coordinator of the Human Rights (B.A.) Program. Her research and writing cover topics such as theories and philosophies of human rights; feminist philosophies and political activism; constitutional equality jurisprudence; state-sanctioned discrimination and persecution; terrorism and security; discourses of evil; and the human rights of sexual minorities. She is active in non-government organizations and services that engage in legal education, social justice advocacy, and law reform initiatives.
