Dr. Changcheng Huang is a Professor in the Department of Systems and Computer Engineering. His research interests include stochastic control in computer networks, modelling and simulation techniques, resource optimization in wireless networks, reliability mechanisms for optical networks, and network protocol design and implementation issues.
