Dr. Chris Herdman is a Professor in the Department of Psychology and the Institute of Cognitive Science. He is also the Director of the Advanced Cognitive Engineering (ACE) Lab and the Scientific Director for the Centre for Advanced Studies in Visualization, Simulation and Modelling (VSIM). His research approach examines human attention and performance in dynamic environments through the use of modelling and simulation. One of his current projects involves the impact of virtual and simulation fidelity on learning and performance training.
