Dr. Gabriel Wainer is a Professor in the Department of Systems and Computer Engineering. He is also the head of the Advanced Real-Time Simulation Lab. His research interest is on modelling and simulation methodologies and tools, with a focus on discrete event systems, real-time modelling, cellular models, real-time operating systems, and parallel/distributed/web-based simulation.
