Dr. Pavan Gunupudi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and the Director of the Ottawa-Carleton Institute for Electrical and Computer Engineering (OCIECE). His research interests include multi-disciplinary system simulation, parallel circuit/system simulation, signal integrity, design automation of high-speed very large scale integration (VLSI) and radio frequency (RF) circuits, simulation of silicon-photonics and microwave photonics circuits and systems, electrical and optical device modelling, model-order reduction, electrical/optical interconnects, artificial neural networks, design centering and optimization, and electromagnetic compatibility.
