Dr. Sebastian Szyszkowicz is an Adjunct Research Professor in the Department of Systems and Computer Engineering. His research interests include outdoor urban channel modelling: line-of-sight probability, pathloss, mmWave, spatially-correlated shadowing and, ray-tracing, stochastic geometry for modelling base station and user locations, green communications: cell switch-off, drone communications: coverage of high-rise urban areas, millimeter-wave networks, computational geometry with urban maps, M2M communications: spatial distribution models of machines, and modelling of wireless interference: sum of lognormals.
