Dr. Shikharesh Majumdar is a Professor in the Department of Systems and Computer Engineering and Director of Carleton’s Real Time and Distributed Systems Group. His current research interests include parallel and distributed systems, performance modelling and performance evaluation of computer systems, operating systems, middleware, resource management on clouds and grids, resource management on wireless sensor networks, and web services and service oriented architecture.
