Nicole joined the CABER team in May 2024 after completing her second year in Architectural Conservation and Sustainability Engineering at Carleton University. Her passion for sustainable building design and materials, coupled with her desire for a hands-on work environment has led her to join the CABER team.
As an undergraduate research coordinator, Nicole has contributed significantly by managing project and equipment schedules, creating 3D AutoCAD models, and assembling material test walls for the Guarded Hot Box and Pressurized Spray Rack. She has also assisted in organizing a 2-day workshop for the students and faculty in the Hybrid Thermal Electric Microgrid (HyTEM) program.
Nicole plans to finish her studies at Carleton University and continue making a positive impact in the building industry through sustainable and innovative practices.
