We are pleased to co-host a presentation by Professor Toms Rostoks, University of Latvia, The Changing Security Landscape in Northern Europe: What Role for NATO?, with the Jean Monnet Centre in Montreal. Dr. Rostoks will provide an overview of the changing security dynamics of the EU in Northern Europe, the role of NATO in security, both collectively and with member states individually and responses to the conflict in Ukraine.
