The Silex Stimuli Selectors enable users to select words based on a variety of statistics and word characteristics. In particular, they can be useful to psycholinguists and educators who want to select words for the purposes of research or teaching. They consist of five Excel workbooks: one for the words found in a corpus of adult novels (Lexique 3.80), and one for the words found in each of four grade-specific corpora of children schoolbooks (Manulex-infra: Grade 1, 2, 3–5, and 1–5).
