CLUE Student Paper Collaborators Joanie Ouellet and Jin Kang
Masters graduate, Joanie Ouellet, and Jin Kang our most recent Post Doc, worked together on a new paper Cultural and Linguistic Variables in Usability Testing: A Canadian Evaluation of International Students. Their article was published in the Journal of Usability Studies . Feb2021, Vol. 16 Issue 2, p121-147. 27p. They We conducted a usability test of the website of Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The IRCC have been an active Industry Partners, hosting several CLUE students over the years. Joanie did her CLUE Internship with another of the government’s departments, Service Canada.
