Professor, Dept Systems and Computer Engineering; Director, NSERC CREATE Research and Education in Accessibility, Design, and Innovation (READi) training program; co-founder of NeuroQore Inc.; and 3M Teaching Fellow. Biomedical engineering researcher with expertise in biological signal processing, biomedical signal quality assessment, accessibility, assistive devices, and noninvasive sensor systems.
How are you currently involved in community-campus partnerships for teaching, research or otherwise?
Much of research is in collaboration with external partners, including industry, government, NGOs, hospitals, etc.
I try to also engage external partners in my teaching as well.
I also contribute my time to external partners as well (e.g., volunteer)
