Dillon has held numerous roles in Student Affairs, beginning in Residence Life and Student Conduct at Algonquin College before transitioning to Carleton University where he graduated in 2014 with a degree in Criminology. In his current role of Manager of Student Conduct and Harm Reduction Dillon responds to violations of the Student Rights and Responsibilities policy and engages with campus and community partners to develop and implement a campus wide harm reduction strategy to reduce stigma and increase literacy regarding substance use among the student population.
