How are you currently involved in community-campus partnerships for teaching, research or otherwise?
Since 2008, founder and director of Carleton University’s annual Chemistry Magic Shows for the public, which have attracted more than 20,000 people over the last 12 years. These shows also see student volunteers run hands-on activities for visitors, and have resulted in over 200 students gaining experience in community engagement.
