As a long-term community activist, I am involved with a number of community organizations, including the Ottawa Eco-Talent Network, Burritt’s Rapids Renewable Energy Association, Ottawa River Keeper, Ecology Ottawa, etc. I have become passionate about community-campus collaborations and projects in order to collectively make Ottawa-Gatineau (and the world) a fair and healthy home for all.
How are you currently involved in community-campus partnerships for teaching, research or otherwise?
Make connections with Carleton U. students, faculty and administrators, and with other community players, around common interests and commitments for successful local and global action. Partnerships provide innovation, skills and knowledge, movements for positive change.
