Maxine Brown was raised in the Foster care system. Her life growing up was difficult and a challenge. She suffered debilitating anxiety. Collapsing once while babysitting, several times at School. Now, a mother of 4 grown children, and after hiding her anxiety for over 30 years…her goal is to remove the stigma associated with anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD…and be a voice for those like herself. She used a tool she created while growing up to cope with with the anxiety. She has made this tool into something others can now use, and benefit from.
