Sara Wills serves as the Coordinator, Assessment, Hiring & Training, and is directly responsible for designing, implementing and assessing co-curricular learning experiences for residence students and integrating high impact practices (HIPs) into development opportunities. Sara is also on the Teaching & Learning Committee, EL Task Force & cuPortfolio Steering Committee.
How are you currently involved in community-campus partnerships for teaching, research or otherwise?
I am responsible for experiential and reflective learning and training experiences for students in residence, which includes collaborative partnerships with community partners. With an interest in EL and helping students become more career-ready, I am always looking for new ways to partner with community organizations on training, development and engagement.
