In this public lecture R. Andreas Kraemer, Senior Fellow, Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies in Potsdam, Germany, Founder & Director Emeritus of Ecologic Institute in Berlin, Germany and Founding Chairman of Ecologic Institute US in Washington DC, speaks on energy and climate policy on the example of the EU and Germany. Lecture will be followed by a panel discussion featuring participants from the Government of Alberta, University of Alberta and University of Calgary. The event is organized by the European Union Centre of Excellence and the Vice-President Research Office, University of Alberta, with kind support of German Embassy to Canada.
