The Carleton University Centre for European Studies (an EU Centre of Excellence) and the University of Ottawa School of Political Studies are pleased to present a lecture by Dr Jean-Marc Ferry of Université Libre de Bruxelles, entitled: “L’Union européenne comme union transnationale : pertinence du modèle kantien de cosmopolitisme juridique.”
