Chiara Del Gaudio is an Associate Professor in the School of Industrial Design at Carleton University and a faculty member of the Human–Computer Interaction (HCI) program. Her research explores participatory and speculative design and fiction as political and affective practices, focusing on how power, agency, and participation are shaped in socio‑technical systems. Her work draws on critical design perspectives to examine alternative forms of interaction, decision‑making, and collective imaginaries.
