Professor Mohamed Ibnkahla, the Cisco Industrial Research Chair in the Internet of Things (IoT) Sensor Networks and Technologies at Carleton University, is featured in the December issue of the IEEE Women in Engineering Magazine.
The magazine titled: “WIE Celebrates the Extraordinary Men: Supporting those who support others [WIE From Around the World]” recognizes many men who deserve acknowledgment for the support they have provided to women who pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields. The result was eight men, nominated by women, who are champions for recognizing talent and understanding the difficulties women face in academic or work environments.
