Can’t log into OneDrive?
Using the OneDrive App:
- Are you using the ITS Windows 10/11 image? The OneDrive app included with it has been specially chosen to work with both OneDrive.
- Login using your full Carleton email address: accountname@cunet.carleton.ca (staff/faculty) or username@cmail.carleton.ca (student). There is no “.” in your account name.
