The Project Management Office is looking forward to facilitating its new De-mystifying Project Management workshop in both March and April to over 30 participants. The first two workshops will be delivered to managers and supervisors within the Finance & Administration Division as part of its Journey to Excellence. Upon completion of these first workshops, the course will be offered to all faculty and staff.
De-mystifying Project Management will cover the breadth of the project management discipline – giving participants a common understanding of the language and processes of project management and the practical application of the tools used through a case study. All ten knowledge areas of project management will be covered.
We are looking forward to working with an eager group of project managers looking to continuously develop their skills and hone their expertise in order to improve the outcomes of their initiatives.
