Evan Monk recently defended his M.Sc student in Chemistry at Carleton University. His current research includes the search for an aptamer for SAA-1 51/52 cleavage peptide associated with Kawasaki disease. In the past Evan has worked on aptamer-sensor optimization for the detection of Ochratoxin A.
