“Life is too short to learn German.” – Richard Porson
Do you ever feel frustrated in your German classes and don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel? Maybe participating in a German conversation group can boost your motivation and make you realize that learning German is actually not impossible in a lifetime. It takes place every Thursday from 11:30-12:30 in the Language Learning Resource Centre. This hour is for you to leave aside your fears and just start speaking. We will be playing games, listening to music or just chatting. I am also open to any suggestions from you.
Ich bin Antonia und komme aus Freiburg im Breisgau (Deutschland). Im September 2022 bin ich nach Ottawa für mein Austauschjahr gezogen und studiere hier Englisch und Biologie. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne wandern und treffe mich mit Freunden zum gemeinsamen Kochen oder nur auf eine Tasse Tee.
