Conversation Group: Wednesdays (3:00-4:00 p.m.)
I’m a third-year Social Work student minoring in Applied Linguistics and Discourse Studies and currently working towards my Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language. I’m completing my Social Work practicum with Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization (OCISO) and I’m very interested in working with newcomers to Canada!
I speak English and Polish, and myself was an ESL learner at a young age. I’ve traveled to Italy, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands and hope to spend more time in Europe and beyond. In my spare time, I enjoy watching horror movies, hiking, and spending time with friends! My current interests are foreign films, DIY music, and native wildlife.
I’m very excited to be a part of the ESL conversation groups and hope I’m able to make them fun and see you all there!
