Hello! My name’s Stephanie, and I’m a first-year majoring in Urbanism, a stream in Architectural Studies. I speak mainly English and Mandarin; however, I also understand Japanese, and I’m currently working on my speaking and reading. Additionally, I enjoy watching Korean reality shows and attempting to understand them without subtitles. I decided to apply as an LLRC team member because I love learning languages and working with books. Some of the tasks I will be doing are organizing books and inputting them into the system.
Aside from languages, some interesting facts about me are that I love collecting socks with cute or interesting designs, and I have enough socks to wear a different pair every day for two weeks. My dream is to be able to travel to many different countries one day to experience different cultures and foods.
I love listening to the many different languages spoken around the room, and I’m very excited to be here!
