Steph is a full-time high school Vice-Principal. She is interested in factors that influence whether teachers implement what they learn in professional development into their classroom practices. Prior to administration, she was a high school mathematics teacher and is interested in research about math learning. Steph previously taught pregnant and parenting youth, and youth in custody. As a result, she is especially interested in math learning among vulnerable populations.
