Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Carleton Online continues to operate remotely during our regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday).

In-person service is not being provided at our campus location. The best way to connect is by emailing online@carleton.ca. You should receive a reply to your inquiry within two business days. If you prefer to be called back, please include a daytime phone number in your email message.
