Honours Students

We supervise honours theses for organizational psychology students enrolled in either the B.A. (Honours) or B.Sc. (Honours) programs. If you are considering a thesis in organizational psychology, we typically interview prospective students late in the fall semester or early in the winter semester for students beginning their theses the following September. Decisions about who we will accept for supervision are made towards the end of January. Please email us to set up an interview.

Graduate Students

Our program focuses on engagement in research. From the moment students begin their studies, they are involved in the research process. As a result, our graduates acquire skills that prepare them for a wide range of careers in academia and industry.

Prior to submitting an application, it is important to contact us to ensure that we are available to supervise and to discuss mutual research interests. You can find more detailed information about the M.A. and Ph.D. programs here. Applications are due on January 15th for students beginning graduate studies the following September.

Plans for the Future

Figuring out a plan for after you graduate can be daunting. Many of the questions you likely have as an undergraduate about your future career are considered in our Transition to Career course.
