A report written by Riddell program faculty member Jennifer Robson for the Canadian Centre for Financial Literacy has just been released as part of Financial Literacy Month.  A critical review of academic and applied research, including interviews with leading stakeholders, the report asks whether, why and how financial literacy programs make a difference for low-income and vulnerable consumers.  Ted Menzies, Minister of State (Finance) spoke at the launch event.
