Pursuant to Article 16 of the CUPE 4600 Unit 2 Collective Agreement, subject to Article 16.2 and 16.4 through 16.7, applications are invited from members of the CUPE 4600 bargaining unit and other interested persons to teach the following Political Management courses during the Fall 2025 term, and Winter 2026 term.

Qualifications: Candidates should hold a graduate degree, have experience working in the field relating to the course concerned and teaching experience is an asset.
POLM 5008 A/B Ethics in Political Management
Candidates should hold a graduate degree and should demonstrate considerable professional experience in applied ethics in Canadian politics, namely in senior policy development, advisory and/or oversight roles. Teaching experience is also a strong asset.
POLM 5011 Political Campaigns
Candidates should hold a graduate degree and should demonstrate considerable professional experience in Canadian political campaigns, namely in a leadership role in one or more electoral campaigns in Canada. Teaching experience is also a strong asset.
POLM 5905 Special Topics: Provincial Politics
Candidates should hold a graduate degree and should demonstrate considerable professional experience in provincial politics in Canada, namely in a leadership role in one or more provincial political offices. Teaching experience is also a strong asset.
POLM 5906A Special Topics: Politics and the Law
Candidates should hold a graduate degree and should demonstrate considerable professional experience in electoral and other areas of legal practice relevant to Canadian politics, namely in senior advisory and/or oversight roles. Teaching experience is also a strong asset.
POLM 5906B Special Topics: Digital campaigns for GR
Candidates should hold a graduate degree and should demonstrate considerable professional experience in digital issue campaigns in Canada, including senior experience developing, implementing, and/or advising campaigns. Teaching experience is also a strong asset.
All positions are subject to budgetary approval.
