Brittany is a consultant at Temple Scott Associates, a part-time ethics and public affairs professor at Trinity Western University, and a long-time Conservative staffer. Raised in Sauble Beach, Ontario, she began working in politics at the age of 16 in the constituency office of Larry Miller, MP. Brittany moved to Ottawa in 2013 to take part in the Laurentian Leadership Centre internship program through Trinity Western University. She has extensive political experience, having worked for the Conservatives through minority and majority governments, and in opposition. She has worked for four MPs and served as the Regional Advisor and Caucus Liaison for the Prairies in the Office of the Leader of the Official Opposition. In 2014, Brittany graduated from Redeemer University with a degree in Political Science and Philosophy. She completed her first masters degree in 2016 in Philosophy and Public Ethics at the University of Ottawa, and her second Masters in 2017 in Political Management at Carleton University.
