Dan has 15 years experience as an advisor to conservative politicians at all three levels of government across Canada. He is a campaigner at his core, and has served on the executive of the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party. He has worked as the Director, Election Readiness for the Conservative Party of Canada, the Deputy Executive Director of the UCP Caucus, and ran GOTV for Andrew Scheer’s successful campaign to become leader of the CPC in 2017.
Dan entered the post-secondary education sector in August 2022 as the Associate Director, Stakeholder Relations at Western University in London until 2023. He joined McMaster University as a Manager, Public Affairs in December 2024.
