Darren is currently a Senior Policy Advisor to Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Canadian Identity and Culture.
He previously served as Acting Director of Policy to Canada’s Minister of Diversity, Inclusion and Persons with Disabilities, the Honourable Kamal Khera, He had previously served as a Policy Advisor and West & North Advisor. He had worked for Minister Khera since January 2023, joining her office as a West & North Advisor to the Minister of Seniors.
Darren previously worked as a Policy Research Assistant at the China Institute at the University of Alberta. He graduated from the University of Alberta in 2021 with a BA in Political Science
