Jared is the Government and Stakeholder Relations Officer at The Canadian Alliance of Student Associations (CASA). He is a proud Northern Ontarian with half a decade of experience in digital communications, outreach, and media relations. Prior to joining CASA, he was Digital Director at the Canadian Global Affairs Institute, a charitable non-partisan think tank focused on defence, trade, security, and geopolitical policy. He has also worked to develop policy and communication strategies in a volunteer capacity for various political associations and student groups.
Jared holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Science degree from the University of Ottawa, with a double major in Political Science and Criminology, and a Master of Political Management from Carleton University.
Jared is an avid politico and sportsman. He enjoys playing and watching hockey, golf, baseball, and football. He also enjoys the occasional craft beer.
