Katrina Draper is a policy analyst and conflict resolution specialist with both Canadian and international experience, including work in Australia and Rwanda. Her training in mediation and conflict resolution, coupled with her specialized education in political management, makes her uniquely qualified to create advocacy and strategic plans. She has experience in advocacy, not-profit work, fundraising, digital campaigns, and grassroots movements. She is an expert at recognizing which voices need to be at the table and ensuring they get there.
In addition to her master’s degree in political management, Katrina holds a honours bachelor’s degree in peace in conflict studies from the University of Waterloo.
